Our target Omega 6:3 ratio is 5:1 for Legacy. Our Advantage Oil supplement is formulated to be a ratio of 3:1 to help correct other foods that may have a significantly higher ratio. We provide a balance of each of the Omega 3 sources, ALA, EPA and DHA in Advantage and all of our foods. You don't need to supplement with Advantage if you are feeding our food.
