Actually there is very little evidence regarding long term health impacts of Vitamin K, positively or negatively. There is also very little evidence that dogs are deficient in vitamin K or that they don't get enough from natural sources. In reviewing all of this information, we have removed Vitamin K from our premixes. Once we do an update of the packaging for Complete, we will remove Vitamin K from the ingredient panel.
