Somewhere between the information we submitted to the package designer, the plate manufacturer, and the bag manufacturer, taurine got lost off the ingredient panel... It absolutely is in the food and will be corrected on our next packaging order. Taurine is one of the essential amino acids for cats.

Just as an aside, taurine is named from 'taurus the bull' as it was originally derived from cattle. Thus 'Red Bull' is named as such because it has high levels of taurine in it.
